Terms and Conditions of Use

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below, whether used in singular or plural:

• ●Ceibo: the company that owns and operates the Ceibo Travel Platform.
• ●Ceibo Travel / Platform: the digital ecosystem operated by Ceibo, including its website, applications, programs, features, content, technological tools, and associated services.
• ●User: any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, and/or uses the Platform, regardless of the mode of use.
• ●Services: the features, content, and tools of an informational and general guidance nature that Ceibo makes available through the Platform, without this implying the provision of tourism, professional, or intermediation services.
• ●Policies: the set of rules, guidelines, and supplementary documents governing the use of the Platform, including, but not limited to, the Privacy Policy and the usage and security policies that Ceibo may establish.

Ceibo Travel is an informational technology platform operated by Ceibo (hereinafter "Ceibo"), whose purpose is to assist Users in searching, consulting, and organizing relevant information for the planning, organization, and development of trips.

The Platform provides content, tools, and features designed to facilitate access to information of general interest for travelers, without this implying the provision of tourism, professional, or intermediation services.

The Platform is purely informational and guidance-oriented.

Ceibo does not act as a travel agency, intermediary, representative, agent, advisor, or guarantor of services provided by third parties, nor does it offer legal, immigration, health, medical, or professional advice of any kind.

The use of the Platform does not create any contractual relationship other than that arising from these Terms and Conditions.

The information, content, responses, suggestions, alerts, and features available on the Platform:

• ●Are provided for general guidance and support purposes.
• ●May be based on public sources, third-party information, or data entered by Users.
• ●May be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or not applicable to the particular situation of each User.

Ceibo does not guarantee the accuracy, currency, completeness, or applicability of the information made available through the Platform.

The User understands that the information obtained through the Platform is not sufficient on its own for making personal, commercial, or travel decisions, and that it must be supplemented and verified through official sources or competent professionals.

The User is solely responsible for:

• ●The use made of the Platform and the information obtained through it.
• ●The truthfulness, accuracy, and currency of the data and information entered.
• ●The decisions, actions, or omissions taken in connection with the use of the Platform.

Any decision made by the User is taken under their sole responsibility.

The User agrees to hold Ceibo harmless from any third-party claims arising from the misuse of the Platform, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or the information entered by the User.

To use certain features of the Platform, the User may register and provide personal information.

The User declares that the data entered is truthful and undertakes to keep it up to date. Ceibo does not verify or validate the information entered by Users.

Everything related to the processing of personal data is governed exclusively by the provisions of Ceibo's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

The User agrees to use the Platform lawfully, diligently, and in accordance with current legislation, these Terms and Conditions, and applicable policies.

Any improper, abusive, fraudulent use or use contrary to good faith is prohibited, as well as any conduct that affects the normal operation of the Platform or the rights of Ceibo or third parties.

Ceibo may modify, update, or replace at any time these Terms and Conditions, as well as its internal policies, including usage, operation, and security policies.

Any substantial modification will be communicated to Users at least thirty (30) calendar days before it takes effect.

Continued use of the Platform after such period will imply acceptance of the updated versions.

Ceibo reserves the right to adapt, modify, update, suspend, or discontinue, in whole or in part, the Platform, its programs, features, or content, for technical, operational, commercial, or security reasons.

The Platform is offered on an as-available basis, without guaranteeing continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation.

The User may request the cancellation of their account and stop using the Platform at any time, through the mechanisms provided by Ceibo.

Ceibo may temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate the User's access in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of the Platform.

Ceibo may offer general support or technical assistance services related to the use of the Platform, which will be provided on an availability basis and without guaranteeing specific response times.

Support does not constitute professional advice and does not imply any obligation of result.

All intellectual property rights over the Platform, its content, trademarks, developments, software, databases, and other intangible assets are the exclusive property of Ceibo or are used under license.

Use of the Platform does not grant the User any rights over such intellectual property.

Ceibo shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, including events beyond its reasonable control.

The nullity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent ordinary courts located in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, without prejudice to applicable mandatory rules.
